Good buildings and thereby satisfied customers are our main objective. This requires precise construction work from A to Z. The basis for this is: Quality, competence, reliability and highly motivated employees.


The transfer of know-how over generations, the sensitivity for the environment, the sense for technical developments and entrepreneurial achievements have sharpened the view for the future construction industry at home and abroad at WALO over decades.


Our approximately 2600 employees and those who have worked in this company before them have contributed to the history of WALO - often coming from the same families, and often over many generations. The quality management (RSQU) is based on the WALO mission statement. The RSQU policy is demonstrated by the aspects of occupational safety and environmental protection, customer satisfaction and economic efficiency and is reflected in the following hierarchically listed working principles:

1. Occupational safety and environmental protection:

Occupational safety and environmental protection are of highest priority for all WALO products and services. In addition to legal regulations, which are always taken into account, WALO has committed itself to further requirements. For the purpose of preventing occupational accidents, illnesses and environmental pollution, training is provided and internal instructions are issued and enforced. The continuous improvement of performance in the area of occupational safety and environmental protection is strived for.

2. Customer satisfaction:

Customer satisfaction is understood as the correspondence between order execution and customer requirements. The continuous improvement of products and services are aimed at achieving optimal quality and meeting customer needs.

3. Efficiency:
