In the steadily growing municipality of Oberwil-Lieli, close to the center, a development with 6 residential units of condominium standard has been built. The good connection to the traffic, the proximity to everyday shopping facilities and the quietness in the neighborhood characterize the optimal location of the property.

Project description

The two terraced single-family houses were placed on a continuous garage and basement. Thus, the use of the plot was optimized. From a structural engineering point of view, this resulted in a challenge with Rühlwand slope stabilization and structural waterproofing with single-sided concrete walls.

Special features

The waterproofing of the basement with single-sided concrete walls is a delicate matter. However, due to the experience of the employees on site, this could be created flawlessly. The site management for the shell 1 was carried out by our foreman, which simplified the coordination during the shell construction and relieved the senior site management.
