Walo Bertschinger AG owns a plot of land with 16'000 m2 at Route Cantonale 109 near Saint-Sulpice (VD), including a building, which was used as office and warehouse for many years. After the move in spring 2014, it was analyzed how the plot should be used in the best possible way. The subsequent architectural competition was won by the architectural firm "Pont12". Their concept envisages the creation of 54 residential units.
The "Breakfree" project was successfully marketed as the first real estate development of Walo Bertschinger AG in November 2016 together with Basler Versicherung.
On May 16, 2017, the official groundbreaking ceremony took place with representatives of Basler Versicherung.
The work is proceeding according to schedule and the handover will take place on time as planned at the end of 2018.
