Clear rules for safe decisions

Our Code of Conduct sets out how we practise integrity and responsibility in our day-to-day work. It includes, among other things:

Principles of fair and respectful behaviour
Anti-corruption and integrity regulations
Data protection and information security requirements
Safety and quality standards in accordance with ISO certifications

In this way, we ensure that decisions are made on a transparent basis – in projects, in our dealings with each other and in contact with our partners.

Have you discovered a violation of laws, internal rules or our Code of Conduct? Then report it via our whistleblower system – it is straightforward, confidential and, if you prefer, completely anonymous.

N.B. :
The portal is intended for serious and severe offences – such as theft, fraud, corruption, discrimination, sexual harassment or abuse of power. Anyone who submits a report – anonymously or not – is protected from discrimination or reprisals.
